Terms and Conditions

  1. Hevy and the licensees reserve the right to refuse admission to the festival site.
  2. Children under the age of 14 will not be admitted.
  3. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult (21+).
  4. If you appear under 25 you may be asked for ID at the bar as part of the Challenge 25 scheme — please bring current photo identification with you, which must include your date of birth. You may also be asked for ID by security and/or police if in possession of, or under the influence of alcohol.
  5. Once you have left the festival site, re-entry will not be allowed, unless on medical grounds and cleared with festival management or for access to Port Lympne Wild Animal Park. Alcohol can only be taken into the campsite on the first trip through the gates.
  6. Tickets cannot be refunded and no duplicate tickets or wristbands will be issued in the event of loss.
  7. No tickets may be used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of Hevy. Any ticket transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused admission or ejected from the site.
  8. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in any photography, filming and/or audio recording taking place during the event. This includes filming by the Police or security staff, which may be carried out for the security of customers.
  9. Hevy reserves the right to make any change to the line-up owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable
    cause.
  10. Hevy will not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property.
  11. Customers found to be causing damage to the site, the site infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site or in breach of these conditions will be ejected from the site and may be subject to prosecution.
  12.  Any person found to be behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous will be ejected from the festival site without refund.
  13. Hevy reserves the right to search all persons and personal property, and refuse admission to anyone who refuses to be searched by a security official.
  14. No illegal substances may be brought in to the festival site — any found will lead to prosecution.
  15. No alcohol to be taken into the festival arena. Ticket holders are allowed to bring alcohol into the campsite for personal consumption. One bottle of spirits or wine or alcopops, and one slab of beer (24 cans maximum) per person or equivalent at the discretion of security. Those without sufficient proof of age will have any alcohol on their person or in their possession confiscated and not returned. No glass is allowed on site.
  16. No open fires, naked flames, generators, gas BBQs or stoves allowed on site. Disposable BBQs can only be used in the designated areas.
  17. Any item that is deemed unsuitable may be confiscated and not returned at our discretion. This includes fireworks, smoke canisters, nitrous oxide (laughing gas), offensive weapons or other similar articles and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
  18. No animals (except guide dogs) allowed in festival arena or campsite.
  19. This festival takes place outdoors. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against all weather conditions.
  20. WARNING — Prolonged exposure to loud noise may cause damage to your hearing. Strobe lighting may be used during the festival.

The possession of a ticket shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these conditions and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them.
In the event of any breach of these conditions, Hevy reserves the right to cancel this ticket without refund.
